This market will resolve to "Yes" if, on or before July 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, any of the following occur with respect to Binance.com:

Binance is officially declared insolvent.
Binance files for, enters, or is placed into any form of bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, administration, restructuring due to insolvency, receivership, or comparable proceeding in any jurisdiction.
A consensus of credible reporting states that Binance is insolvent and unable to meet customer withdrawal obligations in the ordinary course of business.
Withdrawals of BTC and/or ETH are suspended for a majority of Binance.com users for at least 7 consecutive full days (168 hours). Similar criteria have been used in prior exchange insolvency markets.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

Additional Clarifications

This market concerns Binance.com only. Activities or conditions affecting Binance US or other affiliated entities alone will not qualify.
Temporary maintenance, regional restrictions, blockchain congestion, sanctions-related account freezes, or isolated asset withdrawal suspensions will not by themselves qualify as insolvency.
A majority of users being unable to withdraw BTC or ETH means that a majority of Binance.com users are unable to complete such withdrawals, not merely experiencing delays.
If a qualifying withdrawal suspension begins within the final 7 days before July 1, 2026, resolution will be delayed until either:
- withdrawals are restored before 168 consecutive hours elapse, resulting in "No", or
- 168 consecutive hours elapse while the suspension remains in effect, resulting in "Yes."
