Resolves "$90,000 first" if the price of BTC/USDT on Binance reaches $90,000 or higher before reaching $60,000 or lower.

The trigger price will be determined using the High and Low prices of the 1-minute candles visible on Binance trading interface.

If both levels are reached within the same minute candle, the market resolves based on which level was touched first according to Binance trade history.
