This market resolves to "YES" if the U.S. Senate officially passes the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R. 3633), or a directly combined/consolidated version of it, on or before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Passage must be confirmed by the official Senate roll call vote or unanimous consent record on Congress.gov.

If the bill is not passed by the Senate by this deadline, is officially voted down, or if the legislative session ends without its passage, the market resolves to "NO". Procedural votes (like cloture) do not count as final passage.
