Resolution Criteria:

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Ghislaine Maxwell provides live or recorded testimony (including a deposition) before any committee or chamber of the United States Congress at any time during calendar year 2025.

• Written statements or letters alone will not count as testimony.

• Invocation of the Fifth Amendment during a live or recorded appearance before Congress will still count as testimony.

If no such testimony occurs in 2025, the market will resolve to “No”.
