This market resolves based on the total amount of the approximately 598.5 BTC remaining from the September 2026 Liquid incident that is subsequently transferred by the party controlling those funds to an address designated or publicly acknowledged by Liquid Network, Blockstream, or the Liquid Federation for recovery of the funds.

Only BTC returned after the initial 3,400 BTC return on September 7, 2026 counts toward this market. The previously returned 3,400 BTC does not count.

Transfers to unrelated addresses, movement between addresses controlled by the same party, payments to third parties, or BTC retained as a bounty/reward do not count as returned.

The market resolves according to the cumulative amount returned by December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. If no additional BTC is returned by the deadline, the market resolves 0 BTC.
