This market will resolve to Yes if Hunter Biden publicly announces, files paperwork for, or otherwise takes official action to seek the office of President of the United States in the 2028 election cycle before November 5, 2028. Qualifying actions include, but are not limited to:

• Filing a Statement of Candidacy (FEC Form 2) for President.

• Officially launching a presidential campaign through a public announcement, campaign website, campaign committee, or equivalent action.

• Appearing on at least one state's presidential primary ballot as a candidate for President.

• Being recognized by major news organizations as an active candidate for the Democratic, Republican, independent, or third-party presidential nomination.

This market will resolve to No if:

• Hunter Biden does not take any qualifying action to run for President before November 5, 2028.

• He only explores a run, is discussed as a potential candidate, forms an exploratory committee, or publicly considers running without subsequently becoming an official candidate.

• He runs only for another office (e.g., Senate, Governor, House, Vice President).

• He seeks a party nomination for an office other than President.

Clarifications:

• Running for the nomination of any recognized political party qualifies.

• Running as an independent or write-in candidate qualifies.

• Mere speculation, endorsements, media appearances, interviews, polling inclusion, or prediction market listings do not qualify. Although there has been public speculation about a possible Hunter Biden candidacy, no official presidential campaign has been announced.
