This market will resolve to "Yes" if the U.S. President issues an official invocation of the Insurrection Act of 1807 (10 U.S.C. §§ 251–255) at any time from the market's creation through December 31, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC. Resolution will be based on confirmation from the official White House press release or proclamation published on whitehouse.gov, or an entry in the Federal Register at federalregister.gov. If multiple invocations occur, a single valid one suffices for "Yes." If no such invocation is confirmed by January 1, 2027, the market resolves to "No." In case of dispute, resolution will prioritize the Federal Register as the authoritative source.
