This market will resolve to the first calendar year in which any wine produced and branded by Peony Lane Wine is offered for retail sale through any Costco-operated warehouse location in the United States.

For resolution purposes, a Peony Lane wine shall be considered "sold in Costco" if, during the relevant calendar year, credible evidence demonstrates that at least one U.S. Costco warehouse location offered a Peony Lane-branded wine product for purchase by customers. Evidence may include, but is not limited to:

• Costco inventory records or product listings;

• Photographs or videos showing Peony Lane wine available for sale in a Costco warehouse;

• Statements from Costco, Peony Lane, distributors, or wholesalers confirming Costco placement;

• Reporting from reputable media or industry sources.

The market will resolve to the earliest listed year (2026, 2027, 2028, or 2029) in which the above condition is met.

Online-only sales through third-party marketplaces, wine clubs, delivery services, or websites unaffiliated with Costco will not qualify. Sales through Costco-operated warehouses outside the United States will not qualify. A limited regional rollout to a single qualifying U.S. Costco warehouse is sufficient for resolution.

If no qualifying Peony Lane wine product is offered for sale in any U.S. Costco warehouse by December 31, 2029, 11:59:59 PM ET, the market shall resolve N/A (or according to the platform's standard rules for unresolved outcomes).
