The market will resolve based on publicly available information confirming Michael Saylor’s appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) podcast in 2025. Acceptable sources include:

• The official JRE podcast feed (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts)

• The official JRE YouTube channel

• Verified social media accounts of Joe Rogan or Michael Saylor

• Reputable news outlets reporting on the episode

Qualifying Criteria for “Yes”:

The market will resolve to “Yes” if:

• An episode of The Joe Rogan Experience featuring Michael Saylor as a guest is released between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, inclusive.

Qualifying Criteria for “No”:

The market will resolve to “No” if:

• No episode featuring Michael Saylor is released during the specified period.

Special Considerations:

• Pre-recorded Episodes: If an episode is recorded in 2025 but released in 2026, it does not qualify. The release date is the determining factor.

• Multiple Appearances: Only one confirmed appearance is necessary for a “Yes” resolution.
