Resolution Criteria (YES):

• At least one individual is formally arrested by a recognized law enforcement agency on or before 11:59:59 PM UTC on December 31, 2026.

• Authorities publicly state that the arrest is connected to the July 2026 Coldcard security incident, including but not limited to offenses involving unauthorized access, theft of funds, fraud, conspiracy, money laundering of the stolen assets, or other crimes directly arising from the incident.

Resolution Criteria (NO):

• No qualifying arrest has been publicly announced by 11:59:59 PM UTC on December 31, 2026.

• Investigations, identification of suspects, search warrants, asset seizures, wallet freezes, sanctions, indictments, criminal complaints, or charges without a corresponding arrest do not qualify.

Primary Resolution Sources:

• Official announcements from law enforcement agencies or prosecutors.

• Official court records confirming an arrest.

• If official sources are unavailable or inconclusive, reporting from multiple reputable news organizations may be used to determine the outcome.
