This market will resolve “Yes” if Strategy announces or declares an annualized dividend rate for its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC) above 11.50% at any point between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET.

This market will resolve “No” if STRC’s announced annualized dividend rate does not exceed 11.50% during that period.

Only an officially announced or declared dividend rate will count. Temporary changes in STRC’s market yield caused by fluctuations in its share price will not count.

The primary resolution source will be official Strategy filings, press releases, or investor-relations materials.
