Resolution Criteria:

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, by December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PT the Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act is officially signed into law by the Governor of Texas. The Act should establish a Bitcoin reserve within the state treasury, outlining its administration and purpose. Confirmation must come from credible sources such as official Texas government announcements, legislative records, or reputable news outlets.

If the Act is not signed into law by the specified date, the market will resolve to “No.”

Background:
