This market will resolve to “Yes” if Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) publicly announces or is confirmed by credible reporting to have made a direct investment in Bitcoin (BTC) on or before June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT.

The investment must be in Bitcoin itself (not Bitcoin-related stocks, ETFs, or derivatives), and must come from TMTG or its subsidiaries directly—not through third-party affiliates.

The primary resolution sources will be:

• TMTG press releases or filings (e.g., SEC)

• Credible financial news outlets (e.g., Bloomberg, WSJ, CNBC)

If no such investment is confirmed by the deadline, the market will resolve to “No.”
