This market resolves YES if, by December 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, the United States federal government, or any agency/entity acting on its behalf, acquires or receives a direct equity ownership interest in Anduril Industries, Inc. or its ultimate parent company.

This includes equity obtained through a direct investment, purchase, financing agreement, warrant or option exercise, negotiated government-industry agreement, or other transaction resulting in federal ownership of Anduril.

This market resolves NO if no such equity interest has been acquired by the deadline.

For clarity, government contracts, grants, loans, subsidies, or equity stakes in individual Anduril projects, facilities, joint ventures, or subsidiaries will not qualify unless they also result in the U.S. government owning equity in Anduril Industries itself or its ultimate parent company.
