This market resolves to “Yes” if, between January 1, 2026, 12:00 AM ET and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, Coinbase publicly confirms that a security exploit, hack, unauthorized intrusion, smart contract exploit, wallet compromise, insider attack, or other cybersecurity incident resulted in the loss, theft, freezing, or unauthorized withdrawal of at least $100 million USD equivalent in customer or custodially held funds.

Losses may be denominated in any digital asset and converted to USD using market prices at the time of the incident. Multiple related exploit events stemming from the same incident may be aggregated.

Losses solely caused by individual user phishing, credential theft, social engineering, or compromises unrelated to Coinbase-operated systems or infrastructure do not qualify.

This market resolves to “No” otherwise.
