• A repost with added text or commentary

Does NOT qualify:

• Pure retweets/reposts with no added text

• Deleted tweets (if not publicly verifiable at resolution)

• Posts from private, locked, or alternate accounts

NO resolves if:

No qualifying tweet from @Dennis_Porter_ appears publicly within the defined market window.
