This market resolves YES if Mitch McConnell is alive at 11:59:59 PM UTC on July 19, 2026.

This market resolves NO if Mitch McConnell dies at any time on or before 11:59:59 PM UTC on July 19, 2026.

For purposes of this market:

• The official time of death shall be determined using credible reporting, an official statement from McConnell’s office or family, a government authority, medical authority, or an obituary published by a major news organization.

• If conflicting reports exist regarding the timing of death, the market will resolve according to the best-supported official evidence establishing the actual time of death.

• Temporary loss of consciousness, hospitalization, life support, cardiac arrest followed by resuscitation, or any other serious medical condition does not resolve this market NO unless death has occurred.

• If no credible evidence establishes that McConnell died on or before the deadline, the market resolves YES.
