Since August 18, 2026, a leaker/group going by CyberLeek has released gameplay clips and a purported map from GTA 6, claiming to possess a playable build of the game. This market is not about the leak's publication itself, but about whether Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive will officially confirm the scope of the leak.
Resolution criteria:
This market resolves YES if, by 23:59 UTC on November 19, 2026, Rockstar Games and/or Take-Two Interactive issue an official statement (press release, post on official social channels, legal filing/criminal complaint, or a statement reported directly from an authorized spokesperson) confirming that the material leaked by CyberLeek included a playable/executable build of the game (not just video clips or static assets).
It resolves NO if no official confirmation of this kind arrives by the deadline, even if the material circulating online appears to include a build according to unofficial sources.
A statement that only admits to "unauthorized access to development material" without specifying it was a playable build is not sufficient for YES — it must explicitly reference a working build/executable.
If evidence is disputed at resolution time, go with the majority position among the listed sources.
A build that requires significant reverse-engineering/reconstruction work by the community to become playable still counts as YES once that work is publicly demonstrated to succeed, provided it happens before the deadline and traces back to CyberLeek-sourced material — but only if Rockstar/Take-Two also confirms the source material was a build (even if non-functional out of the box).
Primary source: Official statements from Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive (press releases, verified social accounts, legal documents). Corroborating sources: Bloomberg (Jason Schreier), Kotaku, IGN, Insider Gaming — used only to verify that an official statement was actually issued and to report its exact content, not as a substitute for the primary source.
