This market resolves YES if, by April 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM ET, Tether (or its parent entity) has become publicly listed and its shares are actively trading on a U.S. stock exchange (e.g., NYSE or Nasdaq).

For the purposes of this market, “go public” includes IPOs, direct listings, and SPAC mergers resulting in such a listing.
