This market will resolve YES if, by December 31, 2025, UK laws or regulations make it illegal or effectively impractical for UK citizens to access VPN services.

“Impractical” means that while VPN use may remain technically legal, the ability to bypass UK-based restrictions (such as those introduced under the Online Safety Act) is significantly hindered. Examples include:

• Forcing VPN providers to only use UK exit nodes for UK users.

• Mandating identity verification for VPN users.

• Other measures that make circumventing UK checks with VPNs nearly impossible.

If no such laws or regulations are enacted by December 31, 2025, this market will resolve NO.
