Resolution Criteria: The market resolves "Yes" if Kamala Harris wins a state in the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election that Joe Biden did not win in 2020. This excludes Maine and Nebraska’s congressional districts (e.g., winning Maine's second district does not count). The market closes a day before the election and resolves as soon as official results are known. Resolution Date & Time: Early December 2024, after state certifications, likely by 23:59 PST.
